The Benefits of Using Mineral Beauty Products

Exploring mineral-based skincare products which help you achieve clear and healthy skin.

Earth + Beauty in skincare and makeup though nothing new to the industry, has grown a lot of momentum of late.

Whether that be the result of people being in self-isolation and having the time to properly focus on what they are actually using on their skin, or with better understanding from new research and studies being produced on the benefits of minerals being used in skincare and makeup had now proven to be rather effective in helping you achieve healthier looking skin.

Although many beauty brands have been using minerals in their makeup products for many years, the only form of mineral rich products I have experimented with has been in eye shadows, lip products and clay masks. However, I had never tried mineral-based products which were face serums and oils, creams and foundations.

But why stop there with only mineral rich products, when they are combined with the right type of essentials oils to clear the skin of toxins to promote younger and healthier looking skin.

Using the two makes a powerful combination in skincare products and I have certainly noticed differences in overall skin condition; something I have continuously combated with for al long time now. Finding the right balance between what my skin needs and knowing what is right for my body has played a huge part in the management of my skin.

And this goes back to the use of botanical oils which are suited best to my start sign Virgo, to the right types of crystals matched to my personality and astrological signs also.

Being a Virgo means, I am often prone to mini-meltdown which I constantly fight back throughout the day in times of stress and unrest. May mind is overworked and I struggle every day to fight back the god like mentality of being a Virgo, meaning most Virgo think we should rule the earth LOL.

Aside from yoga, I use varying oils and other zodiac inspired products which support my sign to help calm the mind and soothe the soul. As It’s often the reason why I can be prone to cold and flus, as the stress levels are always fairly high. Though I must say, I have never had the flu, but I am prone to other sicknesses which are cold related, like bronchitis yuck!
