I’m Using My Time in Lockdown to Be More Mindful
This is how I am being more mindful whilst being stuck indoors during Sydney’s second lockdown – 1 year on. With so much time now being spent at home. Time, which only a month ago I was praying to have more of. I have decided to set the some ground rules within my mind, to help me achieve better mindfulness on a daily basis. And yes, I’m aware PTR…

Over the Easter long weekend, I decided to take a digital detox and switched off social media. Okay, so it wasn’t a complete detox, where I switched off my phone and hid from the world for the long weekend. That would have been impossible when I had multiple plans organised with friends and family. However, I did switch off my computer for three days and stayed off social media as much as I could. It was refreshing and I’ve never felt better. In-fact, if it wasn’t for a few clients I work with, where I manage their Instagram and Facebook accounts, I would have seriously considered taking a full week…
