Recipe: Hot Chocolate with Fairy Floss and Rose Petals
Mimicking the cafe trends of fairy floss topped teas, lattes and hot chocolates, I made a home-made hot chocolate which was topped off with dried rose petals. I can’t speak for the rest of the world, but in Sydney, you are on the trending list if you can’t produce a latte, tea or hot chocolate which is topped off with some crazy finishing touches. For the past two years in Sydney it has been fairy floss and rose petals. But I have seen a shift towards crushed biscuits, chocolate and even fruits.
