Over the Easter long weekend, I decided to take a digital detox and switched off social media. Okay, so it wasn’t a complete detox, where I switched off my phone and hid from the world for the long weekend. That would have been impossible when I had multiple plans organised with friends and family. However, I did switch off my computer for three days and stayed off social media as much as I could. It was refreshing and I’ve never felt better.
