Delicious 2 ingredient cinnamon pretzels…. Recip Delicious 2 ingredient cinnamon pretzels…. Recipe from @thebigmansworld Ingredients: 1 & 1/3 cups of gluten free flour 3/4 cups of Greek yoghurt Cinnamon & sugar mixture. Some melted butter Tip: add a tablespoon of baking soda to help make them fluffier as gluten free flour can be really dense once baked. Method: Mix the flour and yoghurt together, and make a nice ball of dough. Original recipe is cut into 8 pieces, but next time I’ll be cutting into either 4 or 6 to make them bigger. Your call. Roll into smaller balls and then roll those balls into long desired sausage lengths, depending how thin or big you want your pretzels. I made mine a little too thin. Next time I’ll make them thicker and shorter. Just keep in mind you want to have them long enough to twist into pretzel shapes. Coat with some melted butter or oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for at least 20 minutes. Let them sit for 10 minutes before coating with a bit of the melted butter again and dipping into a sugar and cinnamon mixture. Step inside the beautiful old heritage house Hambl Step inside the beautiful old heritage house Hambledon Cottage with @parramattahistoricalsociety This the house that John MacArthur built. And I’m showing my age here, but for an Aussie who remembers the $2 green note we used to have. The guy on that note with the merino sheep next to him.. that’s John MacArthur. Hambledon Cottage is now a house museum, rendered sandstone brick in a colonial Georgian style. The joinery throughout the cottage is made of Australian cedar. Some of the internal ceilings and walls are of lath and plaster whilst one bedroom still has its original ironbark flooring. It’s an interesting visit, and the house is very well preserved.
