So, I thought I would share with you, why skincare is so important, and what skincare products I am loving right now. Summer is nearly over in Australia, and it’s been a weird season. Delicious 2 ingredient cinnamon pretzels…. Recip Delicious 2 ingredient cinnamon pretzels…. Recipe from @thebigmansworld Ingredients: 1 & 1/3 cups of gluten free flour 3/4 cups of Greek yoghurt Cinnamon & sugar mixture. Some melted butter Tip: add a tablespoon of baking soda to help make them fluffier as gluten free flour can be really dense once baked. Method: Mix the flour and yoghurt together, and make a nice ball of dough. Original recipe is cut into 8 pieces, but next time I’ll be cutting into either 4 or 6 to make them bigger. Your call. Roll into smaller balls and then roll those balls into long desired sausage lengths, depending how thin or big you want your pretzels. I made mine a little too thin. Next time I’ll make them thicker and shorter. Just keep in mind you want to have them long enough to twist into pretzel shapes. Coat with some melted butter or oil. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for at least 20 minutes. Let them sit for 10 minutes before coating with a bit of the melted butter again and dipping into a sugar and cinnamon mixture.
